How it works

We make it simple to reach a water treatment company that serves your address in the Grand Valley.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your community, who supplies your water (City of Grand Junction, Ute Water, Clifton Water, a town system or a well) and what's going on: scale, spotting, a softener that quit, or drinking water you want to treat.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Calls and requests go to an independent water treatment company that serves the Grand Junction area.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Grand Junction Water Softener is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

Colorado regulates this trade through the State Plumbing Board. Since April 1, 2016, a company that installs water conditioning appliances for others must either be a registered plumbing contractor or a registered water conditioning contractor with a registered water conditioning principal, and the installers need national certification. Ask which registration the company holds, look it up with the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations, and get a written quote that lists the equipment, the install details and the warranty.
