Request water softener service
If a softener or filter is leaking, call. For a new system, a water test or a unit that has stopped softening, send a request and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the request goes to a company that serves it
- Your water provider: City of Grand Junction, Ute Water, Clifton Water, a town system or a well
- What you need: a new softener, a repair, a replacement, filtration or RO
- The brand, model and rough age of any existing unit
- How many people live in the house
Softener leaking or the brine tank overflowing? Turn the bypass valve to bypass (or close the shutoffs on either side of the unit) so the house keeps water, and unplug the control head until someone can look at it.
